noise from the wheel/brakes

hello to the community, new owner here, still struggling but im learning here is my problem. i get a noise for the wheel spoke touching this metal thing of the brake i dont need to brake to make a noise although it does make it worse, just the wheel moving some of the spokes are hitting it. i dont know if i ve made a mistake in the assembling, i dont know if it looks right to you in this picture, but there is the touching spot
