How can I upgrade from a size M to a L ?

Hi, I just acquired a Medium size halfbike like new for 200€ and being 6"5 (195cm) I think that getting a Large one would make my rides more comfortable. How much would a Large Handle/frame cost ? And is it as simple as replacing just that folding part for a large ? (i'm not even sure how to name that part...)
