HB3 doesn't go to 1st speed

Hi I rode my HB3 first time today. I could use 1st speed at the beginning, but gear ratio doesn't change to 1st speed from some time. I can shift the lever and I can see fulcrum level moves to 1st speed yellow marker, but gear ratio remains to 2nd speed. What should I do?

Hi, I had a little tumble today on my halfbike but since then my gear lever only goes as far as 2nd. I can't seem to get the 2 yellow lines to match up too...it feel likes the 2nd position is now gear 1 and position 4 is gear 3...I seem to have lost gear 4

Hi Thy, Can you send us more info at hello@halfbikes.com can you check your cables and their integrity. Also, aligning the yellow lines is very important for the correct functioning of the hub.
