Trouble with QR

Hello! I went to ride my half bike this morning and found one of the QRs was loose. Upon closer inspection the black flat washer is missing and the QR screw is slightly bent. Is this common? I love my halfbike but this is disappointing as I have only had it for a few weeks and now I am unable to ride until replacement arrives

Hi Artemis, This might happen when overtightening the QR's. I saw that you've ordered some spare parts from our shop. I'll make sure we add some extra soft washers to the package. :)
