The diameter of the screw holes in the pedals do not match.

My Halfbike 3 arrived and I assembled it. But the diameter of the screw holes of the pedals do not match, so it is not possible to fit them. The end of the screw is just worn out. Is this really right hole size?

Please note that this is the left pedal and it has a left-hand thread (opposite). So you need to turn it counterclockwise in order to tighten it. In the same direction that is shown on the red sticker that is visible on your picture. It's possible that you've tried to turn the pedal in the wrong direction.And this was the cause for the partial stripping of the thread on the crank side. Please try again and it should be OK.
