日本で購入しました。 ハンドルが緩んで廻ってしまうトラブルが発生しましたが、カタコトの英語と日本語とのやりとりで、なんとか部品交換を無料で行っていただき、素早く解決を得ることができました。 とても感謝しています。 今は忙しくて乗る練習ができていませんが、本格的な冬が来る前に乗りこなしたいと思っています。 I bought it in Japan. I had a problem with the handle coming loose and turning, but through fluent English and Japanese communication, I was able to get the part replaced free of charge and quickly get a solution. I appreciate it very much. I'm so busy right now that I haven't been able to practice riding, but I'd like to get good at riding before winter really arrives.
