HB3 cannot go straight & Gear cannot jump properly at times
I ride my HB3 for few times since I got it; as a beginner I did make few bumps on and off. Recently I notice my HB3 cannot go in straight line when I let it go on its own, it slightly drift to the left side. Of course if I ride it I wont notice it at all. I suspect the front wheel missaligned a bit but from the nut position it seems quite balance on left and right hand side. Does the bodyframe strong enough to substain the impact or its quite easy to get deformed?
The 2nd issue I've got is the gear. Sometimes (very occasionally) it cannot jump to the desired gear, I need to move the gear box lever from 1 to 4 few times before it goes back to normal.
Hi there,
Could you take some pictures of both nuts and one above the front tire, so we can see the alignment of the tire. Drop us a line at

Cheers
Hi,
I send the pictures to
hello@halfbikes.com couple of days ago. Look forward to hear from you soon.
Thanks
Hi A,
Our colleague already replied to your email :)
I think the problem is not due to the misalignment of the front wheel, but rather for some reason the bike is slightly lean to one side on it's own that caused the problem.
I used my phone with level tool placed on the handle bar, it indicates it is indeed unbalanced by 1.x degree. I did that on both left and right hand bar and shows the same result.
You wont feel the problem at all if you are riding it because your body will auto balance the bike since the angle is not that significant.
Hi, attached is the video. My crankshaft is not engaging. I already tried the gear alignment.
Mario
Hey again Mario,
Just to be on the safe side here if you haven't already seen our other messages. Please check your inbox (or spam folder, just in case), we'd like to know if there are any developments after giving tuning-up another go. Also, feel free to attach to your email the video you mentioned here, because it's not visible here. We'll get into that matter later on.
Thank you!
