E-mail confimation

Hi - I just ordered the Halfbike, and I'm so excited. There is just one little problem, the confirmation e-mail hasn't come yet, and I'm starting to get worried... I ordered my bike 1 hour ago, can anyone help, I already sent mail to the Support, just wondering if more could be done

Hello there, the same thing happen for me. I purchased parts for my halfbike few hours ago and did not recieve an email confirmation but i can see it on my credit card. Can you help me please. Thank you. Alexis
