I'm a few months in and very much enjoying the Halfbike. I am wondering what tips people have for conditioning for longer rides?
Probably the biggest barrier is that I'm finding that my quads get fatigued faster than other muscles. Thanks in advance for any help and happy halfbiking!
Hi Greg, a key factor for easier halfbiking is the long enough practice and an active breathing. Also being on the right gear helps a lot. With more practice the body adapts and is using a fraction of the energy you used at the beginning.
